1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing or using the Latus application ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Service description

Latus is a physical training tracking application that includes:

  • Structured workout routines
  • Exercise session logging
  • AI-based analysis and suggestions
  • Social features (global feed, following other users)
  • Progress tracking and health metrics

3. User accounts

To use Latus you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for illegal activities
  • Post offensive, defamatory content or content that violates third-party rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or other users' data
  • Distribute spam or malicious content
  • Make unauthorized commercial use of the App

5. Health disclaimer

Important: Latus is a tracking tool and does not replace professional medical advice. Consult a doctor before starting any exercise program, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions. Latus is not responsible for injuries arising from use of the App.

6. Intellectual property

All App content — including design, code, text, images and trademarks — is the property of Latus and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without express authorization.

7. User content

By posting content in Latus (photos, comments, sessions), you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display and distribute that content within the App. You retain ownership of your content.

8. Limitation of liability

Latus is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Latus will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

9. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
