How do I create a custom routine?

Go to your Profile, tap "Create Routine" and follow the steps. You can add exercises from our library or combine existing templates.

Can I use Latus without an internet connection?

Yes, you can log your workouts offline. Data will automatically sync when you reconnect.

How does the streak system work?

Your streak increases each day you complete at least one training session. To keep your streak you need to reach the weekly day percentage set in your plan.

How do I delete my account?

You can request account deletion by writing to support@latusapp.com. We'll delete all your data within 30 days.

What is Premium and what does it include?

Premium unlocks full workout history, advanced AI analytics, data export and more features being added. Details will be available at launch.
